Okay chodes, I'm gonna teach you how to get into the MCM Orgies.
First thing's first, there is a bar just outside the venue called The Fox. Just go there (preferably in cosplay.) on Saturday and hang around. Most people there are in cosplay and know what they are there for.
You will be asked if you want to join in. We deliberately ignore people asking as these are the people who CAN'T handle discretion properly and are usually people with problems.
Bring your own condoms. You will be asked if you have some, if you don't, then you will be asked not to come.
We don't usually have more than 15 people. The holiday inn near the venue is where it is usually held on a saturday night.
Individual girls CAN deny doing anything to you if they don't want to. Ignore it and move onto the next one, you'll get your ass kicked out if you decide to complain.
This only happens in July now. October has and always will be a shitty time for the orgies for some reason so this year it won't happen in October.
Remember, discretion is the upmost rule. When you are finished, you leave. You DON'T get to stay after. Once you blow a cup, you are done. Then you grab your things and leave.
DO NOT try to interact with people you see at the orgy on Sunday morning/afternoon.

Its selected based on how attractive you look to the rest of the group. There has and always will initially be 3 people (2 guys and 1 girl) scouting people out of the crowd.
To answer your question, no. You could be fuck ugly with a girlfriend. It's all based on physical attractiveness/cosplay/whatever the girl is into.
Just a little tip, though. If you have a cosplay with a helmet/face covering, you are more likely to be selected because you can just wear that.

A few more things, based on the group feedback tonight.
No blacks/browns (The initial girl isn't into them. Not a racist thing.)
Nobody that isn't drinking (This is sort of an age verifier and it helps lighten the mood when asking you)
No hardcore drugs (We've removed a girl for bringing shrooms before.)
No recording anything there. Should be obvious but you'd be surprised.
No follow-ons I.e "Hey can my friend come?" we'll ask one. The last time we've asked two guys and they both got weirded out and bailed.

LAGC is a poorly-run event. Sure, it's one big party, but it purely depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking to get shit-faced and laugh at weebs then it's definitely your thing. If not, then it's not worth it. Avoid like asbestos...no really, one ex-staff guy spilled the beans and discovered that the venue had asbestos warning signs somewhere.

As this is your first time, if you don't enjoy yourself because of the poor management, it will leave an impression that ALL anime cons are like this, when they're not in any way. Minami, Ame, Kita, Toko, etc. are all managed well; the head honcho for LAGC (and any other Animeleague event) often likes to make things up as he goes along (and just hopes that it'll work). The group just have the advantage purely because they have their brand out more, hence why some weebs and cosplayers in the South look to them first.

Eh, it's not very big and vast majority of attendees are young weebs. Last edition had a number of interesting panels in the schedule but a couple ended up not taking place, being late or were at the same time as eachother (hard to pick and had to run around to catch them on time).The ones I attended were quite decent tho, learnt a fair bit.
Stalls are not many and didnt see much that personally interested me. AA is shoved in a corner so I end up forgetting about it. Cant speak about the maid cafe since I havent used their services but they seem way better than the other glasgow based maid cafe that attends some meetups and shit. Might be worth a try but you have to book beforehand or so.
If you're going with a group, you'll be okay, imo. I was alone and was bored af when not in panels.
Also, found the cosplayers to be really uninterested/rude, idk if it's a UK thing. I asked a few for photos and attempted conversation a couple times, was just met with shrugs or dry replies.

Whilst Alex has clearly got sone question to answer in how the timing of this information seems so perfect. Towers is as secretive as fuck, he knows exactly when not to do things and how to convince people to defend him.
