for filling in brows they usually say to go a few shades darker than your hair color if your hair is light, or a few shades lighter than your hair color if your hair is very dark.
matching your hair exactly is often too stark when applied to your face

it looks like you're covering your eyebrows with the gluestick method and drawing them back on? that method always looks pretty bad, especially when you're essentially drawing line eyebrows. shape your brows, and use eyebrow mascara or nyx milk on a spoolie + eyeshadow to change the color. even if you need to change the shape of your eyebrow, try to base it off your natural shape and conceal/pluck certain parts of your eyebrow that don't suit the shape you're going for. don't use black eyebrows for a character with white hair, it looks unnecessarily harsh.
trim your wigs more and thin them out so it sits flatter on your head and doesn't show your natural side burns. cut the flandre wig bangs and comb out the side ponytail/heat style it with a blow dryer to get more relaxed curls because her hair isn't that curly. it's really obvious that the wig you're using is straight out of the bag with little or no styling. if you're doing the middle bang, feather/thin out the end of the bangs so it doesn't look like a overly thick chunk of gelled hair in the middle

Thanks for the advice on eyebrows. The flan pics are actually from 2+ years ago (back when I knew nothing of wig styling) and the wig has changed since. I actually do trim my wigs a lot, but since my hair is so long and thick, it creates a larger bulge on my head no matter how I arrange it under the wig cap.
As for Kcalb (white haired chara) I was unsure of what color to go with since his design is almost entirely black and white. What would you suggest?

use light grey/ normal grey eyebrows. both stark black and white will look bad because they are too harsh.
the sides of your kcalb wig are fluffed out and showing your side burns; using a small piece of fashion tape will really help with that issue. i'd suggest getting a better wig with more wefts for him as well, since looking at the character design, his hair should be more spikey/voluminous
