Halloween-kei
Basically every j-fashion but halloween/horror themed
Maybe you could divide it a bit more, so like, Witch-kei, dark colors, lots of shawls and pointy hats, accessories like skulls and other motifs, along with maybe some vial necklaces and spellbook bags
Ghost-kei, all white (including hair) with lots of layers and transparent fabrics, maybe shinouri type makeup? Possibly also accent colors like black or red, but only very minimal
Vampire-kei, lots of capelets, and mostly red-black color palette. Pointy details and motifs like castles, gates, bats or blood
Pic related is kinda what I mean, but only it doesn't have to be lolita

I know all of these ideas sound really costumy, and I'm not sure if anyone would like them, but I personally love halloween and would love to have an "excuse" to implement horror more into j-fashion
Also, maybe you could change the names to sound better, so maybe instead of witch-kei it could be majo-kei?

Yes please!! There are designers in the west that already do a similar "everyday fantasy" looks, mostly targeted at hippies and crystal people. But they come out with some amazing stuff in beautiful natural fabrics, and you can find some less-gaudy pieces among it all. Here in Australia we actually have a few designers and stores, it's been quite a thing for awhile here but I think a more refined j-fashion touch would do it wonders.
Fairy Floss from Byron bay, and Nomad-gnome in Fremantle (both western Australia) are some of my favorite places to go. Great building blocks for coords.
