Let's try and have an informative definition of Trasn-Exclusionary Feminism (TERF)?
TERF theory initially was that there should be female-only spaces, particularly in a trauma-recovery context. However, trans-women pushed back against this concept.

Males are socialized from birth to believe that females are unequal and of lesser social value than them. Therefore, even trans-women, because they were initially raised and socialized as male, believe they are of higher social value than cis-females.

This feeling of superiority and entitlement leads them to think that they are allowed into places like female-only recovery spaces for people like female victims of sex trafficking.

It was initially a legitimate issue that received bad press.

Let's try to put it this way. I am not a trans person. I can empathize with the trans community but I will never know what it is to go through the trans experience. I cannot speak for trans people and should I believe that my empathizing with the trans community makes me in any way qualified to speak for the trans community is, quite frankly, condescending.

This is how non insane TERFs generally operate. There are plenty of experiences unique to the trans community. Likewise, there are many experiences unique to people who are born female. Just as you wouldn't expect a non trans person to speak for trans people and demand trans people do as they're told, so too do a lot of us take issue with trans people believing their experience is the same as ours, and demanding we silence women (particularly victims of sexual abuse looking for a safe space that is for women only) in order to cater to the wishes of the trans community.

Just as a cisgendered person cannot speak for the trans community or claim to know the trans experience, a trans person cannot speak for women or claim to understand a woman's experience.

There's also the can of worms that many women take issue with the idea that the transgender community (not to be confused with the transsexual community) seem to actually espouse gender roles, relieving that societal gender roles in any way are relate to sexual identity- I.e. "I like wearing pink dresses and make up ergo I'm a woman because wearing pink dresses and make up are inherent feminine qualities.")

I know it's off topic, but I truly hope this helps in any way. Just as any other community, there are some violent extremists in the TERF community (people who call transexuality or being transgender mental illnesses, for instance,) a problem I believe we as a community need to better address.

Hey, thanks for the concrit. In terms of replacing the rose, the blouse does have a black neckbow which might work. I definitely think that if I decide to stay with the same blouse I'll go for necklace/neckbow or jabot + plain lace top OTKs next time.

The tights are Nightmare Before Christmas themed which fit the theme of the outfit but not the colour balance. If I keep them, I'm not actually sure what the best way to balance it is. With hair accessories I already have the minihat, jewellery would be relatively small amounts of red, or I guess adding something to my bag? I also tried a red blouse but thought it was too much red on top especially without the jacket.

Western Goth from the shoulders down (and I like it), but random cosplay from the shoulders up!? I think I have the heeled version of those pointy shoes. I actually like her Goth outfit - just not the random stuff she's worn with it. I could even forgive the wig if she styled the bangs and tidied the curls a little, but I can't forgive the random cosplay elements.

Camera angle makes her head too large, and with those glasses being so different to everything else in the outfit, the combination draws all the attention away from the rest of it to said clashing glasses. I think the photo angle always super unflattering. I would recommend taking the photo at more eyelevel or a slightly lower angle. Right now it makes her look stumpy and unflattering. Also those calves. I always see her photos, and she looks terrible in every one.
A more voluminous hairstyle and petti would drastically improve this coord.

I almost like it but she made a few poor choices here and there, giving it an overall clunky look. the corset has an awkward length paired with the hoop skirt, making her look quite wide. the boots are an unflattering design for this because of the bloomers. really hides her leg shape and segments her.
short sleeves and a simple cincher/waspie would have improved this pirate ero coord. great creativity but failed execution. wig needs a teensy bit of powder next time.

Her dress and blouse are both quite nice, and the shoes are nice shoes, but just don't seem right here. However, the whole thing seems disjointed. Nice things, just don't quite go with each other. After staring at this for ages, trying to figure why it looks "off", I think it's because the hat sits oddly on his head, and might be one of those top-hats that slopes in as it goes up, like weird hybrid of a top-hat and a Welsh hat. I think his short hair is too severe for the outfit - a choppier, longer and more boyish wig would suit this outfit better. His jacket ends a little short for him - like it's meant for someone with a shorter torso. Other than that, it's a pretty solid Ouji-coord, and it's nice to see some slightly longer shorts in this.
