Yeah I drew it way too far out in the first sketch and have been creeping it forward way too slowly haha. Need to just push it way in like you've done it. Also need to adjust the lips now that I look at it posted here (go figure;) they're in profile and the rest of the face is slightly off that.

Not the anon you drew but I own the same print as a JSK. It's called Stained Glass Rose or Rose Stained Glass or something, I can't remember cause it came out so long ago. It's by Innocent World.

That's not the reason you should be drawing both eyes. Forget about other people, but you want to improve right? An eye shouldn't take you 15 minutes to draw, and the only way you're going to improve your speed is through practice. Additionally, unless you're drawing a face looking directly at the viewer (which you're not), both eyes are going to be shaped differently. You can't just mirror them. It takes a fair amount of practice to draw a set of eyes that actually look good and cohesive with the rest of the face and you're depriving yourself of developing that talent when you do this. You should do it for you, not for the random anons on 4chan.

And that proves my point. Those eyes aren't great. They shouldn't be mirror images of each other because the face is tilted away from the viewer. They should be just slightly differently shaped and because of the position of the pupil, she doesn't look like she's looking at anything, or even staring off into the distance. If you made it a habit to draw both eyes this problem would eventually resolve. I like your style overall so please don't kill it by being lazy and refusing to practice important things.
