I've bought from them before and I regret it. Not because their service was bad or anything, but their items are horribly overpriced.

I've done two orders with them. Both took about a month to get here, and they sent me goodies along with my items such as cute postcards and hair clips, which I appreciate. The items they sell are also typically good quality. Buuuuut, they are super overpriced and for that alone, they're not really worth buying from. You're better off using a taobao shopping service or buying from aliexpress.

i bought a cosplay from them once, took 3 months to arrive and i had to pay for DHL shipping at the end because it went back to them and almost missed my con. havent ordered again after that

I bought some costume jewelry from them a long time ago but I probably wouldn't spend the money to buy anything more expensive from them.

They sell Angelic Pretty replicas to normies with out letting them know that it's a replica,,

I once ordered a sweater from there, forgot about it, and noticed 3 weeks later that it was never shipped. I contacted them about it and they were basically like, "oh, lol, it was out of stock so we will ship it out when it's in stock"

I should've just canceled my order then and there. I hate sites that don't mark things as out of stock. Or at least send me an email after I place my order telling me this? Not just casually letting me know when I badger them about it weeks later.

Sorry. Rant over. But they're garbage.

you can go to aliexpress/ebay/taobao and literally everything they sell for half the price, sometimes even more than half.

bought two custom sized seifuku dresses, they were expensive but pretty perfect fit and quality is decent. also the shipping time was way faster than they said. shrugs its not bad, i dont want to deal with shopping services so lol

spree picky has some pretty cute stuff, i buy from there when i can't find the same item for cheap through reverse image search. the sailor sweater and light blue beret i got were very nice quality.

This. I haven't bought from sp because Alie is cheaper, but sometimes I can't find the items on Alie even with reserve image search. So they have a few tempting items

I dealt with them once, ordered roughly 150$ worth of stuff. I can tell you, the product is not only extremely overpriced but they have horrid customer service. I had received glasses that had a manufacturing error, they refused to refund the 12 dollars or whatever or send me a new pair. Would never buy from them again. Stay away lmao
