This coord is pretty bad. Her makeup is dull and her skin looks mediocre. The tights and shoes only match each other. Her boobs look sad. I don't think it's painful to see, but it's definitely past nitpick level. The color balance is just kind of off, with a lot of light-colored items on top, a solid block of red in the middle, and solid black at the bottom. The tights and shoes should go with the rest of the coord, and the warm cream-colored jacket clashes with the cool tones of the dress. It all fits somewhat oddly too, like she needs more bust support at the very least. It's not a literal eyesore, but she'd be better off scrapping the whole coord and starting over instead of trying to make those items work together.
