I like the idea of steam punk, but "back in mmmmyyy day" it was more about actual cool inventions and re-working new to have elements of the old. I remember drooling over pics of gorgeous desk top pc's set in wooden towers with the inner workings exposed artfully in an aesthetically pleasing way. Now it is litterally stencil spray painted gold cogs on shit wich is disappointing. For all intents and purposes I think steampunk or working class victorian and edwardian could work beautifully as an interesting twist on a fashion wich focuses the aristocratic. But I don't think it will ever progress beyond fad tier trash.

The cape is a bit frumpy, I think a capelet with a peter pan collar would have been a bit better.
Nix the striped socks, off-white tights with a subtle pattern or something would be better.
I like the headdress, maybe curl the strands of hair around her face to it looks less messy and more deliberate.
And do a nice offwhite blouse instead of a chunky sweater, maybe add a Christmas necklace or brooch or chandelier earrings since her hair up.

That was my first thought too. Roaches are definitely one of the more common phobias, and even people who don't have a phobia generally don't like seeing cockroaches. Besides the obvious sanitary risk of letting a roach run around at a restaurant, you're definitely not going to impress anyone and there's a significant chance of meeting someone with a roach phobia and ruining their whole day.
