Thanks! sweaters were like-new Lands End hand-me-downs, the green skirt is an altered French Toast big girls uniform skirt, and the other skirt was just some wool floor length skirt from the thrift store.
Yeah, I made the bows from the scraps before I had ever bought a real bow for size comparison, so I didn’t know wtf I was doing I guess lol.

Thanks! The bag is a synthetic leather one from TeensEver so the quality is mediocre, but it's still holding up after 2 years of wear carrying a light laptop in. The zipper is delicate though.

I've ordered from Hug Sunshine before and it's good quality considering the price. You'll get a few stray threads and the skirts will range between thickness quality but I like them and you can't beat their set prices. The little badges in the stock photos are pin-ons and they include them separately with your bow or tie. I got about 3-4 of them last time I made an order.

What's the safest way to remove the stitching that keeps the pleats together in the packaging?

Just use a pair of scissors (smaller the better) and carefully snip each pleated section's stitches and then pull the pieces of string out.
