I honestly can't figure out the mini lunchbox, because there was a trend in mainstream fashion to carry small tiny mini bags (just some people were all hyped up about tiny designer bags on some fashion blogs). This really looks more like she's too big and not really intentional, though.

I can understand the makeup thing if they're young, they might just be clueless. Plus the whole SJW-MRA thing seems to have confused the girls as much as the guys, now there seems to be girls buying into the myth that you're either not ugly, or unfortunate. Ironically enough, also seeing more young dudes get into skincare and being happy they finally got rid of acne. Now, if only girls like this could go back to getting a clue...
