Background is a bit overprocessed with shop. I understand the intent - making her the center of focus, but the background kinda looks like a painting that she's awkwardly shopped into, or like she's standing in front of a bad greenscreen. Props for trying though - not completely knocking it, I think it's cool, just a tip maybe. It may have looked better before Facebook compressed the photo on upload. It's just useful to keep in mind that whatever things you blur will get even more blurred once compression comes into play.

Very nitpicky. Outfit itself is really nice, photo is nice (though maybe take it a little lower so there isn't so much empty space at the top and she takes more of the center of the frame) and I can see this being a great photoshoot-esque image.

As someone who bleaches their hair and has it in random colors, it's nothing some good conditioning treatments can't fix. Same thing happened to me. Died my hair for years with a permanent dye. My hair was breaking off at the ends with the slightest touch and just looked awful. Once my new growth got down to my chin, I chopped off 4 inches of split ends and busted shafts and now I'm starting the growing process all over again.

It just mostly looks off because she used the blur tool but masked/erased out the illogical parts. With a narrow field of focus things get blurry further away from your central focus. Which means herself and everything closest to her should be the sharpest things, and then the further things get away from her the more blurry they get.

Instead she's taken the trouble to blur out the road right next to her, that she's standing on, but a bunch of cars some distance away is such sharp focus they stand out as much as she does against the blurry everything. That's the irony, you'd say it looks obviously fake and overly shooped, but in reality it's just someone who got lazy and applied a careless outline/trace with a simple blur.

Writing this up for anons who want to try it. Next time keep this rule in mind, everything physically close to you should be in focus. Or if you're lazy, blur an ellipse around you, fade the masking layer as it goes outwards, it'll looks like artsy tilt-shift photography and be totally fine.

A k-pack once a week is fine. You need A LOT of keratin to fuck up your hair, and you probably need it. When my hair was reaaaally damaged, I did a keratin leave-in one a week.

Use a leave-in conditioner after showering. Sleep with your hair in a loose scrunchy. Heat style ass little a possible. Consider getting a demi/gloss dye. Pigment adds protection to stripped hair. I dyed my damaged, brown hair with a brown demi-gloss to match my natural hair color while I was growing out the worst of the damage. It really helped a) hide damage and b) slow down breakage between trims.

My salon also offers a colorless gloss treatment which I plan to do once or twice a year from now on.

Seeing this is so heartbreaking, it hits too close to home. I love spiro and her coords, I want her to be okay.

I was ana about 2 years ago and have recovered since then, but although I am still considered "thin", I now hate myself even more and feel like a failure. It's a vicious cycle, sometimes I want to relapse but I know it won't help anything. I think I'd separate those things out - being thin is generally a desirable thing, just like in Japan, and there's a huge amount of acceptability around doing things that are not necessarily good for you (drugs, extreme diets etc) to make it there. Having a full blown eating disorder, not just disordered eating (see: extreme diets) is a whole separate level of fucked up, the difference is self perception/control issues/almost an addiction to being thin. Of course if there's an under-recognition due to social pressure to be "thin at all cost" and wilful under-recognition of it because thin can't be as unhealthy as fat, then it means your chances of having long term medical issues from it are far, far higher.
