I think Part 6 is just not as popular as other parts. If I had to guess I'd say it's a combination of:
>later in publication order (you can skip to 7)
>no adaptation (even 5 had the vidya)
>smaller core 'crew' of main characters
leading to its relative unpopularity among cosplayers.
I do see the occasional Jolyne or Foo Fighters but I think either 6 or 1 are the least-cosplayed parts.
