I have traveled to some European cities outside my country and I didn't notice a difference. If someone smells bad it usually is because they're very old or poor (and since in my country a lot of black people are poor, it's often those the ones who smell, but I'm not racist so I don't assume their odour is linked to the colour of their skin). Young people usually smell good. If it's summer and very hot someone might smell of sweat, but sweating is just normal and you can take a bath when you go home and wash your clothes. Deodorant in most cases simply don't work, you can smell it AND the sweat. I think it's even worse.

Personally I don't use deodorant because I dislike it (but most people I know use it so it's not a "general Eurofag thing"). Potassium alum is usually enough for me not to smell, but I am not a smelly person so maybe I don't count.

Please learn how to pose. pressing a skirt in like that isn’t flattering on any one and brings down a coord. But the socks under the tights are killing me. If you need to wear socks to wear the shoes. Try and get those ones that don’t go up to your ankles. They make socks for heels that won’t be seen when heels are on. I am always extra hesitant with French people.
