This has the same issue as the previous concern though, there's tons of creepy con staff or creeps that are friends with con staff. That's why a lot of creepers in the con community keep going to cons despite being called out. Even in cases of sexual assault or rape, it's hard to prove it unless the girl immediately reports it, and even then waiting for a case to go through takes months or years and the creep is still roaming around free to assault other girls (also with the statistics of reported rape cases, we all know how shitty those go).

The flaw here is that currently there is a fair amount of fail between the distance of whatever incident there is through the noise ratio to having to really confirm / initialize things in the way some people present problems. Like sometimes I am not even sure people even know that you could get certain staff on the case.

A creeper immediately getting busted isn't exactly news / PD can't/won't tell when it happens. It takes a village to sift through what could be just basically drama sometimes.

Women might actually be the greater threat since they can actively subvert detection to their female-aggressive behavior and proxy abuse people by false accusations. I'm not going to pretend that the stair list is a real genuine effort as it's completely loaded with men and literally ran by radfems.

Some of the stair tips are real and have been useful enough, but they don't really have anything to do with the admins themselves or their ability to perform as a neutral party. It's probably just a social experiment to them.

You don't need to go that extreme, just end cosplay photography, Any reasonable con should ban anything with a big lens. If you can remove it, it is too big.

Also limit the age of photographers, like maybe at 25. Any older and they are forbidden to do any photography. If they are spotted taking their phone out, instant lifetime ban.

Because this happened when you and your sister were minors, if it was a few years ago you should still be within the statute of limitations to report the incident and I would recommend you file a report with the police. If there's one thing I regret being ignorant about years ago when trying to spread the word on creeps like him it's emphasizing to victims that they need to go to the police and file a report. Multiple people filing reports at least make a documented paper trail on his actions. Reports on the internet while useful unfortunately don't hold enough strength as time goes on.
