What do you think they do exactly?
They go to Walmart, grab the cheapest dogs, bacon, and veggies which are all 100% safe already and then they throw them in a cooler.
Then they roll around and cook them fresh out of an icy cooler on an extremely hot grill.
They're as safe as any other hotdog, the only difference is they're not charging out the ass to make up revenue for their custom painted food truck with a huge parking fee.

Does your white trash family not understand how coolers and fridges work? Even then, fresh food that's been sitting out a few hours or even overnight should not be giving you food poisoning. Government regulations are far stricter than the threshold that will actually harm you. Most food poisoning is viral from the people around you or whoever was handling your food.

I think as long as its not an industry guest, you should be good to go. If you don't have anything specific, they just sign a shikishi.

Except for the luggage everything is booked and prepared. This is my first time traveling to AX by myself so I'm a bit anxious. On the other hand I have 100% control of my trip, which is very appealing to me
>How are you guys holding up with life until the con arrives?

All taken care of already

$800 spending money, saved up a bunch over the year
>You got your work PTO approved?
Moved shifts around and don't have to work for five days
>Any setbacks so far until the con?
I was planning on going with my friend but around xmas she cancelled because she could not afford the flights this year. I thought about not going either, but decided to do so anyway. It took me two years to get skinny, and I WILL wear a skimpy cosplay on AX at least once in my life. I'll meet some people I know from 2017 on the con.
Also no yanderedev meetup, I stopped following the game a year ago when no progress was made, but I always wanted to see the guy once, couldn't make it on previous cons cause lines and this year he's not doing a meetup

No but I'm okay with it
>What (or who) do you think can save Anime Expo this close to con or is it beyond saving?
Literally any surprise announcement about a new panel would be enough
>and more importantly, are you going to eat a danger dog made by obviously unsanitary hot dog vendors that are trying to avoid ICE?
I'd rather eat a gas station sandwich
Regarding the D3 cosplay I might as well get some advice. My flight goes in the evening so turns out I'll leave directly for the airport. I have to check out in the morning (luggage storage is arranged) and I really don't want to spend 45 minutes changing and properly packing up in a hotel restroom. So I'm not sure if I should either animebound or just use a very simple cosplay with basic makeup and no wig so I can board a plane with little to no preparation. The first choice off the top of my head for is a bound Tifa with slightly intense eyes, no full face. Crop top and skirt slightly longer than the original, done. However I feel I might as well go all out and try to create the gloves and shoes this weekend. Is that feasible? Are there any other options? Preferably long brown hair, so I don't need a wig

I wouldn't advise that. Plenty of Trigger fans are going to be in there waiting through JoJo and all of them will be moving up to the best seats before you even get into the room. Unless you don't mind sitting near the back (and it's a really big ass room), you should just sit through JoJo.
