kumo isn't as big as sakura, but it'll probably hit the 10k attendees mark this year so we're getting there. also the convention center got renovated like really recently so you chose a good year to come. last year a lot of the space was closed off for construction and it kind of sucked

Hello! I went. It was my first ever con-sponsored tea party so I’m not a very good frame of reference I’m afraid... but I certainly had a good time! I sprang for a VIP seat; I don’t really know if it was worth 120$ but I really enjoyed talking to Ms. Ashizawa and Ms. Minori (I speak decent Japanese so I can imagine it might not have been quite as worth it to the gals who couldn’t). There were some very beautiful coords and a fairly large range of experience/coordination skills. The catering wasn’t too bad. All and all I thought it was a positive experience that I would repeat, but maybe not with VIP seats. I’m sorry I can’t be a better judge!
