I'm the annoying HMHM anon from the other thread, and at this point I'm sick of their shit and I'm getting a refund.
Bought the blouse, waited 30 days with 0 response, asked them when they'd ship, they said Oct 10th. Oct 12th rolls around, I get my SS to ask them where my blouse is, they say it'll take another 10 days because there was a "mistake" with the item, and I tell SS if it doesn't ship in 10 days I want a refund. order updates and says it'll ship on Oct 26th instead of Oct 23rd, it's officially Oct 27 in the USA and Oct 28 in China, so now i'm getting my SS to get a refund from them.
just figured I'd let yall know about my poor experience :(

Taobao's trying to get me. A lot of the shop items I want are already on sale but if you wait until 11.11 they drop further.. but some items the stock is already low. Guess that comes with it being MDZS merch.

I have an issue I think several people have had— every time I try to make a new account, within a few hours it gets "frozen" and I can't log in any more. Is it because of the phone number I'm using? Was I missing texts?

Ughhh.. just put through my order, and Im not sure what happened? Glitch in system cos so many people online maybe??

But I was processing my payment through AliPay and only half the payment went through, the rest of my items automatically cancelled the orders and removed them from my cart? However when I checked my bank account, I have payed the full amount to AliPay. Will this get refunded to me? PLEASE TELL ME THIS WILL GET REFUNDED TO ME!!

I added all the shit back to my cart and checked out again and it went through fine (had to pay again)? The other payment is sitting in the "failure" section on Alipay. Any ideas?

For preorders, it'll state on the taobao page when they ship out (eg the purple area here says it ships 2020-12-31), or sometimes it'll be written as "xx 天" meaning it'll ship out xx days after payment. Go back to the taobao page for the preorder and you'll be able to see roughly when they'll ship out. If there's no such purple bar, then it's ready stock and should ship in a few days.

Just a note that it's not 100% accurate, I've had Delusion3 stuff ship a little early, though not late.

If you ordered a set costume from Delusion3 generally they'll come in multiple bags, if you ordered two costumes in one order that will be one box of plastic bags. It's possible 42agent just doesn't want to deal with being responsible for sorting which plastic bags if you decide to split the order, or something.

When you go to "official shipping" and check the "logistics order" tab after shipping a combined parcel there will be an option for "complaint/refund". If you want a Japanese store either Tomato-Nippori will have it, or you can trawl Rakuten (seriously these manufacturers need to start naming or coding their prints already).

Does anyone else think 42agent's service is really bad lately?

- selecting an item that has duplicate options, but if it's not available in that option you select they just say 'can't buy' and ignore the other selections.
- asking a question about an item, they ignore it and write something about the item itself (and replies are only once a day)
- say they'll buy items on the same day, but in a later message they state they bought the items 2/3 days later.
This caused an item to be out of stock after I paid, and this isn't shown as 'not available' until weeks after buying the item.
The shop had sent out the other items in the order, the item was still showing as 'available'.
- item received is wrong colour, they don't say anything (didn't find out until looking at the photos when it's ready to ship)
- say they'll combine orders, but forget about this when sending shipping invoice.
Asked to combine weeks before.
- from beginning of placing order mentioned it was urgently needed, and kept asking for updates for when the items will be ready to ship from the shops/if they have been shipped yet/the ETA for the items to arrive at the warehouse.
Say they will keep me updated, but keep getting ignored or saying things that aren't relevant to what I asked.

Sorry anons, this has just been a terrible experience.

Took a whole month from placing order for it being ready to ship, with bad communication and no idea what was happening with my order at all.

These were all in stock/quick shipping items too.

Been shopping with them for years, and I'm scared enough to consider other SS.

Switch to Superbuy. They have the best communication out of all the SSs I've tried (42agent, Bhiner, Spreenow) and their service is lightning fast. Superbuy agents are pretty good with letting you know of any quality errors and hounding sellers if they haven't shipped your stuff in a timely fashion.

Side note: It astounds me how often sellers send out the wrong color/size item. It has happened at least once with every haul I've made so far, so I'm glad Superbuy is good about notifying me and negotiating with the seller.

NAYRT but I just made my first order with Superbuy that involved pre-order items. For one of the items they charged me the deposit and then sent me a message when the final payment was ready to be paid. For the other item they were going to charge me the full price upfront, but I was able to do the deposit first, final payment later. So it probably depends on the agent that gets assigned to you, but it seems they can do either if you talk to them about it.

As far as marking down the package, when I submitted my stuff for shipping there was a box where I could input the value I wanted to declare it at. I'm not sure if this is a permanent option or just right now during covid, since a lot of higher-valued parcels are getting hit with customs fees, but it's something you can do..

So this is my first time ordering from Roji Roji and I really like these socks! They have a good amount of stretch to them and I'm currently wearing them, they're pretty comfy and not squeezing into my thighs too much. It looks like it'll be great for people with bigger feet than mine (I'm a size 6US) as the bottom section is peeking over the top of my shoes lol

Alrighty, so

This petticoat is just the right size I wanted, my other ones deflated a bit so I needed something with a bit more body. I got the 8M, I'm glad I didn't get the 12M, it might've been too long (I'm only 5'1" so I'm sure it would've looked awful) I never bought from Aurora&Ariel before so I hope it lasts for a while.

The blouse is WAY better than I expected for how much I paid. It's not scratchy, the sleeves are a perfect length and the neck stretches far enough to slip on easily.

As for the knit items, I have no complaints (everything is soft and relatively warm) but I do have a minor observation. The cardigan quality from Little Dipper and No Worries is pretty similar lol. If you want to save a couple of dollars and see that they have the same color, go for No Worries.

All the strawberry items are great, honestly! Everything looks just like the pictures and so far, nothing feels like it's going to fall apart just by looking at it lol

My favorite is the strawberry tart ring and earrings, they're so well-made that they look edible hehe

Shipped stuff out on 11.11 (retarded decision) and it's still stuck in Japan. Small parcel like yours, nothing heavy. I have no idea, it seems strange. It seems shipping will still take a while to return to normal. Don't expect to see your packages until next year.

Mmmh, strange. Out of the 5 China parcels, all were shipped after 11.11 and the first to ship out made it to my country, but the others all stopped at one of the transition point (leaving Guangzhou for Zengzhou, mostly), so maybe there's a lot of parcels ahead and they just haven't been scanned yet.

However, shipping from Japan to my country (France) is fine, I have 3 parcels which shipped since the start of the month, 2 Small Air Packet and one normal Airmail and only one has yet to arrive to my country. I guess it might be different depending on where you're shipping too...

Well, thanks for sharing your experience too. I don't really mind waiting, as long as my stuff gets there eventually.
