Hi /cgl/. I wanna do livestreams with a mask sorta like the style Sagiri uses. Something cute, but I really don't know where to start looking. Any suggestions?

Pic in OP WOULD be off-putting in real life. That's not a discouragement, it would be plastic and gaudy and that's perfectly fine if that's what you want. You're just not going escape the odd factor a 3d person wearing a cartoon face. If you use an animal mask, people can distance themselves from that uncanniness a bit. So the real question is what do you want this mask to do for you? Cute? Do you want it to totally obscure your face?

Both preferably. My problem with kigurumi is that it's on the cusp of uncanny valley, where the cuteness is over-shadowed by what the average viewer would perceive as creepy.

My ideal mask is something stylish and simple and notable. Ideally I was looking for a place where you can find offbeat, possibly handmade masks to look through. But I don't know where to start.

Why don't you look on Jaoanese auction sites for masks? Even the one from Eromanga sensei has one, pic rel. Though these kind of masks are children sized since they're usually meant to be sold as toys or at festivals.
Also if you find an entire Kigurumi mask too weird, maybe a paper mask like the ones on: 2-5dmask.tumblr.com
might be more to your taste? You could edit the files too to make more simple looking ones.

Just be a vtuber. The mask concept doesn't work that well irl, very few faceless streamers have masks, but many popular ones have 2D avatars. Even if it's not live2D, just look at the popularity of people like dream and corpse husband who have avatars that people obsessively draw fanart of.

If you still go the mask route, just make your own desu. iirc solar sands used to just have his logo taped to his face in old videos, it was just a piece of paper but the logo was recognizable because he used it all over his channel. The quality of the mask is unimportant compared to the quality of your actual content and the recognizability of your brand.

You could use a covid mask with a cute anime pattern (There are lots that are just a smile) and a hoodie/kigurumi hoodie, a whole face mask would look really creepy imo.
