Okay so Hawase Doll (early 00s versions) have the simple and big rose embroidery, as it used to be called Rose Pattern Lace Doll OP. The 2014 version has a different variation of the roses (they appear to be smaller, more detailed and closer together?). The newest version has little holes and little daisies(?) I can't quite make out what flower they are yet though.
