This are so nostalgic. I was a teen from 2007-2010 so I liked both of these, even had decoden up to my early college days. I guess I followed the 2007 look more (to the best of my abilities, since I was not in Japan) but also looked a lot to 2003 looking older high schoolers when I was in junior high. Wa-lolita and/or classic lolita for the first two. The second is mostly traditional clothing with a few modern twists like the corset waist cincher.

For the second, a mixture of traditional Japanese clothing shops, lots of second hand stuff, combined with Victorian goth (EGA). It looks to be based off what people started wearing when Western fashion first met Japanese fashion especially starting after WWII. (That mix of traditional Japanese and old-school European-style clothing which you'd find in a shop for Victorian goth.)

I'd be more of help, but I feel a lot of shops that'd sell that stuff won't exist in the U.S. or Europe regions. I feel like there's at least one secondhand shop in Tokyo that really caters to that type of feel though (if it's not closed down).

There's not many U.S. or Europe-based shops that sell secondhand vintage Japanese clothing.

Get involved in kimono groups. A lot of these pieces (the kimono, obi, haori), look like vintage or antiques. And you'll need to learn how to wear a kimono properly at least on a super basic level so that you can put it on. The are a lot of stays/accessories involved, but you might be able to skip out on some (for example, a blouse instead of a juban).

Also look up kimonohime, while it's a bit more out there with colours, patterns, or styling, it's a popular style and there might be more resources on how to combine western and Japanese clothing the right way,

You can buy vintage kimono on ebay, autions (mercari, yjapan, etc). The blouses look like lolita, or generally girly brands like amavel, ank rouge, etc, so get directly from brands or whenever you get 2nd hand jfash.
