I like sexy cosplays but whenever I see them on real life I just ignore them because I think I might make women uncomfortable by looking at their revealing bodies. But there are some cosplays that it seems their main focus is to draw your sight to their soft goodies what the hell am I supposed to do? Help!!

True, but the state imposing social norms is extremely dangerous and has clearly led to sub par education (or you could say LACK of education). They don't even teach kids how to get a job or pay taxes or how law and court works. At the same time, there should be a level of common decency and someone has to teach it if the parent do not. Its a tough problem to solve for sure.

Its not politics, its philosophy. Its literally the parents job to raise their children, not the teachers. The problem is if the parents don't do it, who will? Does that make it ok for teachers to spank students? Punch them? Bat them with rulers? Or do they just have to let students do whatever they want? There are tons of videos on the internet of unruly students. What is a teacher allowed to do or not do? What if they teach bad or wrong manners? Its not a simple answer because everyone has slightly different opinions on what should and shouldn't be done.

Back on topic... personally I'd expect a bit of glancing (the times I rarely wear revealing clothes that highlight booba, it's just what people are drawn to-- naive to expect otherwise). But don't just dead on stare and definitely don't act creepy about it. If you're just talking to them just talk to them like a normal person, glances are inevitable and acceptable. I'm in a similar boat in that I struggle to not look but just be mindful not to be creepy or rude and you'll be alright.
