Make sure you get something like the headphones he has, since the actual ones cost up to $600 and a lot of people don't really care about them as a detail. I suggest a pair of Audio Technica ATH-EQ300M in silver. Here's what they look like: http://i.imgur.com/Dom8S.jpg

Get a good wig too! It may be hard to find the right shade but I got quite lucky on eBay... it's the comfiest wig I've ever work too! Also, being in a group helps (cause S.E.E.S is a team rather than a one-man band), and bonus awesome points if you make a decent Evoker too.

Going out tomorrow to get some lace trim for the skirt and hopefully get that all done. If all goes well, the whole thing should be finished and put together Wednesday, maybe even tomorrow night if I get my shit together. Then all I need to do is get a wig.

It's kind of a mess and totally uneven but I think in general it's presentable and will hold up to casual glances. I'm kind of proud of myself for managing to do this considering I've never made clothes or cosplayed at all before.

Five hours of cutting and pinning and sewing later, I have come to the conclusion that lace trim is never ever going to be worth the effort again.

The fit is kind of weird, but I was standing kind of awkwardly as well to hold the top and the skirt together because it's not sewn together yet.

Next is adding the white border thing around the bottom of the skirt, then sewing the top and skirt together, then doing something for the wings on the back. Then I think it's about done. Might try and do something with the shirt (larger collar, poofy sleeves) and I realised I'm going to need to get some shorts to wear under the skirt.

It's not really all that great, but I think it just about meets my criteria of "recognisable and presentable" so I'm happy enough with it.

So I've bought a small amount of lighter blue fabric that I'm going to cut into appropriate shapes and just sew to the back of the dress. I did have a story from the last official party, but people were hating me so I won't go into detail with that.

All in all the last official party was more like a small-scale night club with people buying drinks from the bar, everyone dancing together and a few people trying to pull others; but generally no drinking games at all and there are bouncers there to break up fights and help with other things such as people passing out like last time (although it was only one person on that occassion).

Also I think it is safe to assume that you are not allowed to bring you own alcohol in there.

No such place or hotel room exists as the party area faces the entrance of the Excel and as for the sides it is either the water or the buildings (which are not hotels I believe), but the only good view is from the Excel Entrance which will be freezing as it is October now.

We were shooting on the Friday of May and non of us had gone to get wrist bands as we weren't fussed about going in that day and were waiting for the ques to go down.
