Hi /cgl/
I really need your help, I would like to cosplay as I-no from Guilty Gear. Is there any bra I can use in order to have my nipples covered and my boobs push-upped?

Pet peeve with I-No cosplayers: Don't wear just a normal bra under it. It always looks bad. Always.

What I've seen a couple of cosplayers do and which I personally think looks worlds better than a nubra or something like that, is build in a second layer under the jacket boobflaps that actually goes over and pushes up their boobs (I assume they tape themselves in) while also keeping them covered. I'll see how many pics I can find of what I mean, here's one >6508908

Otherwise I'll try to draw a diagram or something. I've had it worked out for ages but I'm nowhere close to pulling off an I-No cosplay so I might as well share.

And I think she has it going here as well, though not quite as successfully.

Basically you just have an extra, narrower layer of the jacket piece which is sewn at the top under the seam where the jacket connects to the collar ring, and on the bottom it's seamed into the dress, then you tape it onto your boobs so that it gives them some lift and stays put.

If it doesn't make sense I'll draw something later tonight.

Totally agree.

I think I'll use a nipple cover and Bare lifts(just because I want my boobs to stay always in the same position).
I've a 34C, bigger boobs imho wouldn't fit I-no's outfit.

Most girls that do it well seem to be taping the from the sides and to the 'jacket' material itself. Another thing, she doesn't have huge tits either, pretty average for anime.

Also OP, little details people tend to overlook with I-No:

-Don't forget the padding on the sides of the boots, for some reason people do this a lot
-Don't just toss on a bobbed wig, razor the tips

Just buy lots of fashion tape, the kind meant for skin. You can get a box for like $10 at joann's. I didn't even go through an entire box for a weekend con and I wore it constantly. Only downside is it kinda hurts to rip off but hey-o

don't go the bra route, it always looks bad. The double sided tape will not fail you if you use enough.
