Midna has "charm" than I should be allowed to say that I think she's a Mary Sue.

I tested her on the Mary Sue litmus test and she scored a whopping 70, as opposed to characters like Ilia who only scored 3.

You do realise there is more to being a Mary Sue than just a checklist right? The Sandman is a 70 too and yet he is a balanced character that makes sense within the story's universe. A litmus test is a good ballpark estimate of how detrimental your character is to the story, but it shouldn't be the hallmark of what defines a good character.

That being said, I quite liked Midna. I felt like the relationship she shared with Link was pretty dynamic and changed throughout the story, which made things interesting.

I ended up having to remake the zentai suit because most of the online ones are 100% synthetic material and don't hold dye at all. Was too lazy to paint it. But wearing it was SO much fun. Most people take a second for the recognition (doesn't help that I went in the wrong direction with my mask, remaking it to the terrifying more recognizable one), but the second they realize get legitimately terrified. I think I made children cry. Then the people who want pictures all ask to be humped, more or less. it's a blast, have fun with it.

I made highly-concentrated dyes. I dyed the whole thing by wearing it and rollong around in a dye-filled bath-tub, then painted the more concentrated dyes on myself while wearing it. The suit as white to begin with, so I just added the darker colors for dimension, specifically under the 'rib cage' and stuff. It was difficult and messy and I don't recommend it. spraypaint would be much wiser.
