You should probably try Lolita General instead of here.

For something otome with darker colours, the first thing that comes to mind is Krad Lanrette. For other otome, you can try stuff like Axes Femmes. If you lurk the TaoBao threads you'll probably see other things you like.

Mainstream brands also do some pretty nice otome at times like H&M.
