Needless to say, I was overjoyed when they announced the rerelease.

However this is the most popular cut/colorway, so I'm really nervous I won't be able to snatch one.

I've seen it up for sale a couple of times at a reasonable price, but I've never had money at the time. ;_; Incidentally, does anyone know what a fair price for this is? There was someone on egl_comm_sales trying to sell it for like $425 or something for months at one point, and that seemed kind of ridiculous to me. I mean, it's old, but it's not super popular, and I've seen it on Y!J for around 25k-ish yen at least once. Which price is more accurate?

Really want this dress, it's currently on egl-comm-sales but it's being sold by the same person who runs an online shop, and I'm still waiting for a partial refund from 2 months ago so I'd rather not buy it off them.. And the current one in the actual online brand shop is a slightly faulty one.

Received a faulty NWT item, they told me I would to get a refund directly from the brand up to 3000 yen if I showed a receipt of the cost of getting the item fixed at a seamstress. Took me a while to get a reply from them after I got my item back to tell me I should get my partial refund in a week, a month later I still haven't received anything even though I've messaged a few times about not receiving it, and them replying they'll email the brand again. The refund isn't large enough to make a huge fuss on egl about but I'll probably email the brand directly themselves in a few days, but if it did cost 3000 yen+ I would be very pissed.

If you search around you can find the online store pretty easily.

It differs from person to person, but for me, imagine saving up hundreds to thousands of dollars and searching through multiple sites and using every avenue of resource for years just to see this dress go on sale. Imagine getting to the point where no price is overpriced as long as it's within your means. Years of effort to get the exact cut and colorway of this particular dress.

If you can't imagine going through all that willingly for the dress, than maybe it's not a dream dress.

I've missed out some from Antique Beast and Atelier Boz as they're available on their site but it's a case of waiting until it's possible to buy from them or knowing that when the item arrives I'd have to get it taken in).

Yea I'm thin but also a shortie (5 ft 1), but I've also put on half a stone which has gone to my stomach and a tiny bit on the chest (not too bad just need to stop being a lazy fuck), most people measure the minimum measurement of the elastic being around 80cm but my underbust is only about 69cm so the problem is possible bagginess.

I would strongly recommend that even if you don't manage to reserve one, you still wait for the rerelease to come out before you try to buy. At this point in time, even with the rerelease announced, you're still looking at spending $500~. Once the rerelease is actually out, that price is going to drop tremendously even for the original release. Right now is not the time to buy that dress.

Only two of those I think are still there, but shipping is insane. Qutieland likes to do that. They generally raise the item price slightly, then charge 50+ dollars in shipping. At least in my experience.
Starry night angel I want in navy, but it's impossible to find, unless you like the lavender colorway. The army style green one (that I forgot the name of, shame shame) I can buy, but only in the ugly black colorway.
Two of them are on Qutieland but, well you know the problem. The first and third I can only ever find on really untrustoworthy replica sites.

And the meta one is just..it's a lost cause.
I found it once via a /cgl/ post, but it had been sold for a couple weeks when I found it.
