I've seen it all over the place honestly. Conventionally, over about a size 8/10 US, where finding things that fit perfectly can be a little difficult (about a Japanese size L to LL). But that's not generally considered plus size unless you're in the realm of western high fashion. Then I've seen it as anyone who isn't tiny (low body fat, small frame, no muscle mass), and then anyone who is clearly over a size 16. Opinions are everywhere.

I personally consider it about a size 14 and up. Simply because where I am now (10-12) I have a lot of brand options and I'm about at the point where partial shirring fits or will almost fit in about 10lbs or so. I don't feel right labeling myself as plus size after being up to a size 22 previously. But I end up being posted in these threads from time to time and reblogged on plus size lolita tumblrs. So IDK.

I've read about many people on here having the same cup size. I'm a 34DD (34DDD/F depending on the brand). You'll run into a lot of boobloaf problems if you buy brand without full shirring. But full shirring looks pretty bad on most people. I usually wear a minimizer or a compression sports bra (depending on the dress or blouse I'm wearing) and then I pair it with an underbust corset underneath and it usually almost entirely solves that problem. It's especially helpful with Innocent World which gives anyone boobloaf if they're over a B due to how flat it's cut.

Support them with a well fitting bra and do less impact exercise, and adjust your diet. If amputees, paraplegics and geriatrics can manage to work out to gain fitness then surely you can figure out how to manage your breasts well enough to exercise. Water aerobics and swimming are excellent. Depending on how much weight you may need to lose, those breasts may become more manageable as they also lose some fatty tissue. You may not need something drastic like surgery. If you do for medical reasons, many insurances will cover it but bring at an optimal weight first is usually required. Either way, overcoming exercise difficulties will benefit you.

Dress sizes are everywhere and not everyone is proportional.

Different anon entirely- (apple/inverted triangle type of shape), but by my waist measurement (33-34"), I'm 14-16. But since no pants sit at your waist, I'm actually a size M-L/8-10 in pants. I'm swimming in size 16 tops, but size L-XL/12-14 fits fine. The only time I might have to actually wear a size 16 would be for formal wear and it would need to be altered.

Also, short waisted, wide ribcage means that I'll be lucky to see under a 28" waist with my weight loss/fitness goals. I'm one of those odd people that looks best in high-waisted/empire dresses simply because I actually look a lot smaller than low-waisted.

Protip: never assume that someone is your measurements because they look just about the same size as you or bigger. I've seen people that look way pudgier than me but fit into things I would have difficulty with. Bodies are weird, man.

I think the hairstyles are cute but I think she just needs to make the braids, buns, ponytails etc bigger and a bit looser to the head. Her aim might not be to 'slim her face' with hairstyles, just to wear cute, stylish ones.

Running isn't specially good for your health, it litteraly kill your back on the long run. Doing cardio three or four time a week 20 minutes while watching tv is sufficient if you eat healthy enought.
