Anyway, OP, I cosplayed as a CIA agent once. Just dig out your good suit - and I do mean your good suit, the one you wear to weddings and such, complete with dark jacket. Combine with a pair of dark sunglasses and one of these:

You can also get them clear. Make sure it comes with an earpiece. Add a super serious expression and you're a CIA agent. Be sure to whisper into your wrist every now and then, and touch your ear sometimes like you're getting a transmission.
