Starting a general shoe thread, and seeking personal shoe-finding assistance

I need a pair like pic related for easily removable summer shoes. Unfortunately while this style used to be everywhere 5-10 years ago, now I can only find wicker wedges with buckled ankle straps, not the tied strap.

Pic related is perfect, but the problem? 1: they're 150$, 2: they cap out at sz 9.5, and I'm a 12 but can swing an 11 in sandals.

Obvs already tried google. Tried "tie wedge shoes" and "espadrille wedges" among a handful of other search terms.

These would also be perfect in style, price, and size if it weren't for the goddamn print.

Some people are just big footed. My grandma wore a 13AA(Basically she had really narrow feet). She had to get all her shoes custom sized. I wear about a 10, and I'm getting the swollen foot stage of my pregnancy and I get to look forward to my feet growing even more. Apparently the average is half a shoe size but it could grow more.

Does anybody know where I could buy the shoes in pic related in US size 6? They're called Simple Minds by the UK brand Office and I have legit been looking for them on eBay for over a year. Does anyone know where I could get my hands on them? I don't want anything similar unless it's reeeeeeeeeeally similar.

Could someone help me with Japanese shoe sizing? I'm always so confused with it and I've been wanting to buy brand shoes for a while but I don't have the opportunity to be able to try any on. My feet measure like 25cm but sometimes I see people selling brand shoes that are a 24.5 saying that they fit a European size 39 and all of my normal shoes are that size so would I be able to fit Japanese 24.5 shoes?

Look up a shoe size chart like this.
Japanese sizing is traditionally different from standard cm sizing. I think most brands go by actual cm sizing, but I could be wrong.

I have but it still doesn't ease my mind since I've seen different reports about different brands shoe size. But I'll probably just go ahead and buy a 24.5 shoe and resell it if it doesn't fit.

I'm so confused by this chart. Does the 'centimeters' row refer to the size of the foot or the size of the shoe? My feet measure 235mm exactly and I've always worn European size 37 or 37.5, yet this chart says 235mm = size 36?

Also do they not have small shoes in Mexico or what is going on there

>> No.7564919

>>7564894
Probably the size of the shoe, which is generally a bit bigger than your foot. I'm also 235mm and a European 37.
This is the shoe size chart I always use, as it's the only one that lines up for me for European, US, and Japanese sizes.

Either 5'10" or 5'11". My ID says 5'10" but that's how tall I was 10 years ago.

>>7564492
Also this. All the women in my family had long, narrow feet (the narrow usually goes along with the higher shoe size). My mom and grandma were both 10 though.

I think people in general are getting larger. My neighbor is an 11 and I know several 10s, yet my mom and grandma always told me 10s used to be impossible to find.

12s still aren't easy. I'm limited to Pleaser and its offshoots (so basically stripper shoes made larger for drag queens) if I want anything that isn't in the $100+ range.

>>7564633
Roll with it. There's nothing wrong with being the tall one. I'm not a loli so I can't really speak for any meetup experience, but due to having a ridiculously high arch it's physically impossible for me to comfortably wear flat shoes so I regularly have to dwarf everyone wherever I go. I've gotten so used to it, my go-to boots of choice put me over 6ft and I don't even care.
