I think it's overpriced, to be honest. People seem to want to sell this for more than it's worth/people want to pay. The last one that sold with a price that is still visible on the comm sales was the pink and went for ~$300 shipped domestically.
The regular JSK goes for ~$300-400 (depending on the colourway and what items are included) on the western market, but it fits a wider variety of sizes.

This went with no bids...not really sure what happened here, but pink and mint are not quite as popular as ivory and yellow, you can probably get them for retail. You're overpaying if it's more than that.

I saw this on Lolita Desu and instantly fell in love with it in the ivory color way. It was selling for 80 dollars there, albeit it was missing the collar but to me it looked nice with or without it. I didn't buy it then because I'm kind of short on cash at the moment.

It's from 2002 so it is rather old, but does anyone have a good estimate of how much it's going for? Would 90-140 be unfair to ask for considering it's age? If it is, I'm happy to hear it's going price!

I think that's a fair price though, most oldschool stuff of this sort seems to go for 150-170 tops. The most I've paid for my oldschool dresses is about $100 and I overpaid on that one, though I don't have any particularly popular ones (like the Isabel OP or anything popularized by Momoko).

I haven't seen the brown in a while and am not sure how it ranks popularity wise, but the mint recently went for 38k on mbok and as a set with the barrette and necklace for 40k on y!japan.
The round jsk in brown is currently at ~300 on mbok with 11 hours to go.

If you're selling, I think $350-400 is a fair price; you could probably make a bit more if you timed your auction well. If you're looking to buy, expect to pay around that.

I like the print but it and Felicia Crown did totally get overshadowed by Grazia Crown that season. That said both cuts of Charles Crown are pretty fiddly. The OP is sort of overly extravagant for most normal wear despite a more simple print, whereas the JSK has that weird deep V plunge neckline.
