I bought it years ago in red. Interesting how much it gives a similar impression to AP chocolate prints in the brown colorway.

So pleased with this blouse. Got it in black and the champagne kind of color. About the same quality as my Infanta blouse and goes spectacularly with a bunch of my skirts. I like the separate bows and cameos I can clip on other things or use the black bow on the beige blouse and vice versa

It's 4 am so i can try for clear pics tomorrow, but as far as I know it is chiffon (similar to the fabric bodyline has been using for details and embellishing hems lately) but if you have any boobs at all the neckline will not be straight, more of a wide U shape with your shoulders covered, but it still looks cute. You could pull the blouse down lower with casual clothes.

Told anon in last thread I'd review Bodyline's fluffy/old school wig in last thread. Wig146 in dark brown 7.

The wig has a lot of volume which makes it easier to hide the longer hair bump I sometimes get on thinner wigs. The fibers are pretty coarse in the curly area (as was expected) but the bangs are smooth, albeit shiny. I'm not sure if the bangs are cut prior to shipping or manufactured at this length but it's a nice steady job, doesn't appear to be jagged. I will note however there was a large chunk of what appeared to be uncut bangs on the right side of the wig that I had to even out. Some of the curls came flat and a bit matted and I imagine this wig will continue to matte with more wear. Just give the wig a nice shake and bounce out of the package and it'll sort itself. Definitely don't recommend storing the wig back into the plastic bag as you risk creating more flat/matted curls.

Overall I'm very pleased. Lemme know if I missed anything or you have more questions!

if it were kuro, it'd be ok, but the white lace takes that out of the question.
there's just not enough contrast, it makes people look like they're wearing a lolita-shaped zentai suit.
If the socks had a white pattern instead of being solid, you could use white shoes/headdress in the coordinate posted and keep the black blouse. that would balance it out a bit better.
If you go white with the blouse & legwear, you risk looking a bit old-school, but this is also a pretty classic JSK design so it could work in that regard.

I was asked in the last mail thread to report in on the pie dress when I got it. Its disappointing. Its quite short (feels shorter than my other body line dress anyway) and the straps are not the kind where you can change the length with a button. It's sewed in on both sides. The pink lace/ruffle is more of a dusty pinks which i do think looks less distracting. It's a nice dress but I don't think it's worth the money. I'll post pics if people want me to.

Heres some pics of the dress and me in it just o show it on a person. As per typical body line, the material is thin and you can see my very patterned bra through it hence the cardigan. I like it better after putting a quick outfit together but it's still shorter than I would like (irl it hits about 2-3 inches above my knees -I'm 5'3)

I have 3 or 4 wigs from BL and this is the best by far. I'd even say that it's one of the best wigs I own. I think that generally, the natural colours are less shiny than the unnatural ones.

I had that happen too but it says it's a town over and out for delivery. And it didn't update for a week so I called USPS today and they said they'd get back to me but now the tracking says "Invalid"

Thanks anon! I did end up ordering that one and I'll say when it arrives (probably not for at least a fortnight) whether I like it. The only other one I own is a long straight black one, which is okay but really not great compared to wigs I've had from MintyMix and GLW.
