It's cool, I'm not trying to pick a fight. I'm just really curious because I cannot see it at all.

For instance, not all AP prints focus on toys. For Belle Epoque Rose, I'd even consider one semi-hidden toy a step back towards sweet. Romantic Rose Letter is a floral print that focuses on love letters, it doesn't have even hidden toys in the print, and it also comes in an op version that features those sleeves you mentioned.

The sleeves are a thing they've been doing for particular releases, it goes back all the way to Chess Chocolate princess OP, a 2011 release.

About the closest I can get is that the dress sort of bears some resemblance to IW's Hamiel OP, but if I had to choose, I'd say something like AP's Rosy Rose Princess bears closer resemblance to it than Belle Epoque Rose.

So, yeah. I'm not seeing classic influences anywhere. Like, at all. I think I'm not really convinced by your argument, but hey, we can agree to disagree.

Why the fuck would AP make such limited runs plus block out international buyers by limiting the web store and having just one in USA and think "this will keep the value of the brand up by keeping it niche!".
...and then when such and such dress ends up being locked up in someone's wardrobe after being worn maybe once so it can store for a year and get an inflated price tag. I'm sure all these dust mites in these closets are really giving AP a killing with all the brand advertising in them.

In my experience there are still Japanese women that go nuts for 80s looking shit like this. I've been to several Japanese weddings where one of the wedding dress costume changes looked like this. They are also really popular in hire shops and get worn to fancy parties etc. There are companies that let you wear these type dresses and then take your photo in a studio too, those are pretty popular across the country.

I think it's hideous too but AP clearly know what they're doing and know their market.

Damn, we could've met up. It's pretty hot and humid most of the year, and spring's pretty much like a wet summer so lolita is really only feasible October to March-ish (for me anyway, can't stand the heat). The humidity here is fucking insane, I found spots of mold on one of my dresses despite using air conditioning frequently.

Dunno about the comm, I'm a lone lolita, but there's a Kawaii Ambassador and Misako came for a tea party or something last year.

I wouldn't recommend going to cons in lolita here, you'll end up as the only one in lolita and people would think you're in cosplay.

Wasn't sure where to ask this. Does anybody have Infanta's cream cat JSK? The measurements say the bust is 88cm and the waist 76cm, but that it is adjustable by 6cm. I'm not sure whether that's up or down. My bust is 92cm, so I'm a little worried about fitting. Can someone who owns it tell me if they think it will fit? Thanks.

My point exactly. With lolita you're not supposed to have the masculine silhouette binders give you, you may get inside the dress with them but they'll always look ill fitted. Sports bras, compression bras, unpadded bras, whatever the choice, will always be better than binders as long as they're the right size for you, and if you still get boobloaf with them then that cut was just not for you. Get it altered, or sell it and look for something else.

I've had great experiences in Lolita in the south, especially in classic and sweet/classic. Regular normalfag southerners think you look adorable and like a southern belle, they don't think it's weird, they think it's sweet. Gothic will get you some stares out in public, though. But Savannah is a really cool town so you won't really have to worry much either way.

If it's the chest switching version it probably isn't going to fit you. You might be able to try a binder however it might give you a little more wiggle room. The OP should fit since AP's full back shirring in OPs can go to at least 106 before it starts to look too stretched out, sometimes more depending on the release. I'm under the impression that the package is taken back to the post office after the first delivery attempt, so the delivery worker wouldn't have the package on them to leave it anyway after I've signed the slip. Also they don't leave slips like 1/3 of the time. I usually only know my package is here by checking the tracking number.

First of all, I changed my eating habits a year ago, switched to full wheat products, stopt eating sugar (just honey). I rarely eat meat, means maybe once in month. While my boyfriend lost 10kg in two months just because of this food changes, for me it did nothing. This was very frustrating.

I hate myself so much. I assume my weight is about 80kg now, I didn't weigh me for a few weeks now because I can not handle it. It would upset me and I would stuff myself cake. I know I'm depressed since I realised that I did gain so much weight.

What are the seller's terms of sales? If she said she'll ship within two weeks after the transaction (for eg), then you knew what you signed on for when you bought the item. Are there any other signs of dodgyness? Does her feedback mention how long she takes to ship items out? FJ is a bit different from a regular SS. You can make multiple orders from auction sites through them throughout the month, and they'll hold on to the items you buy. At the end of the month, they ship them all to you. It's a little involved, but really worth it.

I've lost weight and inches going low carb, high protein.
I'm not a /f/itizen but it really did help me a lot.
Multivitamins, small snacks throughout the day and one meal rather than 3 full meals, only eat when you're hungry. I do shakes with whey protein isolate and coffee in the morning. Coffee is surprisingly awesome at helping you lose weight, and keeping you regular when you don't dump a ton of sugar into it.
Drink water, but don't overdo it, I've seen girls reccomend a gallon a day, and while sure, if you can do that, fine, but make sure you're balancing your salt intake so you aren't deficient. Your brain requires a certain tolerance of salt content to function properly, keep that in mind.
To cut water weight, you can try the ACV trick, a Tablespoon of acv in a glass of water everyday.
Cinnamon pills exist, they reduce water weight and increase your metabolic response, best taken in the morning.
Fruits are full of sugar, when on a diet to lose weight fast, sugar is the enemy, in all of it's forms. Carrots, peas, grapes, bananas all have much higher sugar contents than you'd think. If you eat right, and take your multi, you won't be deficient in the stuff you get out of it.
I give myself one day a week, scheduled, to indulge in whatever I've been craving for the week, if it's enough of a craving that I've remembered it, I go and satisfy it.
I have much more advice I could give, but I'll limit it to that unless you have specific questions.

Only thing I'd like to point out is that even whole wheat isn't all that great for you. Grains are unnecessary and carbs are generally what keeps people big. Any diet aiming to get you into 'ketosis' (your body eats what you give it, then eats the fat you already have) is difficult to start doing, but god are the results awesome.

I need to gain a lot of weight and my doctor has forbidden me to eat too many filling foods that aren't very calorie-dense, like broccoli for example. Uh, anon, all major shopping services do this.

- Japonica will hold on to multiple orders until the last item has arrived and then ship it all to you. Their holding period is also 30 days, iirc.
- Celga will actually wait for you to submit a shipping request, they hold on to everything you've bought until you tell them to ship. I don't remember how long their holding period is.
- Tenso will hold your parcels for 30 days, within 30 days of the arrival of the first package you can apply for consolidation of all the parcels that has already arrived into one big package (consolidation costs a fee though)

Basically only the in-person shopping services like chibi tenshi or tokyo pirates don't hold on to items for 30 days.

Except for Buyee which holds your stuff up to 90 days, I find them expensive but their holding period is very generous and they are very user friendly.
They also offer other shipping options now making things cheaper.
But lately I've been shopping with FJ mainly because they let you change the value on the invoice so you can lessen the cost or even avoid customs taxes.
When you live in the EU like I do, customs kills man. All those lovely bargains from Japanese auctions are suddenly not so cheap any more when you get hit with a €100 euro bill every time.
Do Celga and Japonaca also let you change the value on the invoice and parcel like FJ?

There is, but they're all over the place since it depends on whether photogs cover the show or not. This one is from weibo, of Krad Lanrete's fashion show.

Japanese Streets has some of 3F, JetJ up on their site.

I'd say AP's fashion shows will be much harder to get because they want to keep the prints a secret. Some of the better pics from last year's fashion show did turn up in Spoon Magazine, though.

Same with Japonica, they still allow me to change the value, but I've heard that some of the newer customers aren't allowed to. To clarify, I've been their customer since it was one dude with a mecha username, so maybe they make an exception since I'm an older repeat customer.

I haven't sat down to calculate the differences in cost, normally I use them differently -- Tenso for ordering from AP since that's the only way to get through a release, Fromjapan for more control over yja auctions, Japonica is better at mbok and when I need some extra advice (I sometimes asked about sellers with one or two bad feedback before committing to bidding).

On the surface, FJP should work out cheaper because their fees is only 5%, but they charge the 5% on international shipping as well, which is not cheap if you've bought a lot. Tenso is cheap if you're buying lighter things since they purely go by weight. Sadly, lolita dresses aren't that light. Japonica wasn't really cheap to begin with, but I find they're fairly priced for the service they give.

First of all thank you everyone for your suggestions. I will add vitamin pills to my daily routine, I'll try to find cinnamon pills too but I am not sure if I can get adderall. I already take Venlafaxin every day and I don't think I can get my therapist to get me adderall. Buying it online cost 209$ for the lowest dose with 30 pills. Beside that I'm not so fond of taking medicine without the doctor but I have to admit that I really want to try it out.

I agree that I started to be really lazy during my depression. Now I feel too ugly to go to the pool and I can not find any other sport which does not bore me after a while. I will try it again anyway, I really have to get rif of my laziness.

I feel stupid that I didn't refused the food over the holidays but the fact that I LOVE food doesn't help me to be firm.

I also tried the high protein diet for a few weeks but because of circumstances I had to take a break and never went back to it. I'll try to start it again but it is hard for me to watch others eat their delicious food, I'm very weak.

Sorry, I advise against adderall, don't take these unless you have ADHD.
These are serious meds that can fuck you up when you don't needs them.

I have cinnamon pills from Now Foods, they are very good at curbing appetite and maintaining blood sugar levels.
Take them with Chromium GTF and you'll find you lose weight a bit faster, but you still have to diet mind you.
I know low carb or high protein can be very effective for people, but despite being extremely strict I didn't lose much after a couple of weeks myself and I felt crap all the time too.
Calorie counting really works for me. If you have difficulty staying on plan with the high protein diet I recommend counting calories.

It sounds like there is 2 parts of the dress, the overskirt and the underskirt. The underskirt has a shirred waist band most likely because you dont need to be pretty if it is covered up, so it can fit a large range of sizes. It would be the other part of the dress that isnt fully shirred that restricts who can wear it.

I have an aatp skirt like that, the overskirt fits a max 26 inches but the underskirt has a lot of shirring.
