YES TO BOTH. Ore Monogotari is so cute. Also nobody can say no to a guy wanting to cosplay Free! (even if it is blatant attentionwhoring). If you do a JoJo I think young Joseph would be a good fit outfit-wise for your skill level. Also Guts from Berserk would be a decent match, too.

For me: forgot to mention I'm fine with wigs, contacts, etc. Not really into crossplay unless my shit is covered. I wanna avoid body paint (so no yordles or Raka Flocka Flame).

If you've never sewn before the task of making such a large scale costume might put you off from even finishing it.

I think you should consider starting smaller and build your way up to the final costume (especially if this is the only thing you want to cosplay). Maybe start with a gijinka of the same character to get yourself more comfortable with sewing and include some props that require more crafting/skills you're comfortable with- like making the hooves/tail/ears. That way you can ease your way into making the full suit.

Not yet, no. I've been meaning to get into Remember11 - mixed feelings on starting up Ever17 because by my understanding Uchikoshi reuses a lot of the same twists for ZE. I love him to pieces, but he can be a bit derivative at times.
