I'll put my examples:

I don't find decora appealing because it's too bright and busy for me. In the other hand, I really like otome becuase it looks soft and can blend well between normalfags if I use it outside.

I really want to know how other seagulls thinkg. What do they like, what they don't, and how that reflects their personality.

styles i dislike:

popular opinion and for the same reasons that everyone else hates it. it looks like ageplay 99% of the time. regular sweet is cute, even if it isn't for me, but OTT sweet is the worst. other OTT styles are tolerable.

only because it never looks good in real life. in theory and in manga, it looks adorable, but it pretty much always looks bad worn.

Ugh, I remember following that shop for years (I forget the name) waiting for that bullshit to restock. They would always tease followers with posts says ~*~we're restockin guise!!~*~, but all they did was pop out more shirts with demonic cats on them that were way uglier than the original. Last time I checked them they didn't have shit in stock so I gave up.

It's always pulled off really badly, cheap jewelry, badly done hair, etc. Some groups pull it off well, but it's just not my taste.

Again, I'm just not into dark fashion. I like bright and "sweet" clothing. Gothic lolita reminds me of funeral wear. People wear it really, really well though.

Styles I like:

For obvious reasons. I like the flowy and fancy sweetness of the fashion. Not ott sweet or something like DBR, but a print with flowers or chocolate is really appealing to me.
