So I made a Mad Max-themed Halloween costume.

Tips or suggestions on how to make it better while avoiding being arrested or shot in the back by cops?

Mask needs work, can you get an actual mask made? Or if not, wrap a bandana around the lower part of your head.

Also, you need some random decals sewn into your sleeves to celebrate all the raiders you have killed, or all the bicycles you have crashed.

Your costume doesn't have any mad max vib going on. Part of it is because your clothes are too new looking and there are too many colors / they are too vibrant.

Needs some wear and tear, some sand and dust. Don't listen to cgl your painters mask is fine for the time between now and when you can find an isreali/Czech/Russian gas mask or build your own. Good try and keep working on it, good wear and tear takes time. Overall: MEDIOCRE (but a good start)
