I have what looks like a lot of clutter, but everything get used. My bookshelf is packed [had to downgrade to only one vs the 4 I used to have in my room] which looks like the messiest part. I altered one of the bookshelves I had and removed two of the shelves in order to fit my mini fridge under it and the rest acts as a holder for my PS3 and my cable box.

I suck it up and make myself do a quick pickup once a day. Also helps when you have designated places to put stuff. When some place has a home, makes it a lot easier to clean. I'm still a bit sloppy though. Much much better then when I grew up in a hoarders house, but I still get lazier then I should.

Anyways, do you want to remove the clutter? I can think of some way to bring the room together nicely. Framing and spreading out those posters, getting a taller bookshelf or an extension piece, having only one candle out as opposed to like what, 5? It's a cute room but could use some refining imo.

This is my sewing/craft area. I really want to replace the couch with a cutting table, but my kitties really love sitting on it and looking out the window.

I also want to get better storage, but that's all I had on hand.
