Nah. Lets do a quick rundown.

Like a VN, there are 3 bad ends and 1 good end for each chara while in their route. The only thing to remember is not to get too many hearts with other charas if you are aiming for someone in particular.
Aiming for Yoosung? Then do not compliment Zen too much. You don't have to be a dick to them - if the options are "you're so cool!" Or "burn in a fire." you obviously should pick the better one. A slip or 5 usually won't hurt you as long as the person you want has more hearts with you.

You can also bad end for everyone by being a dumbass while the game is starting - picking continuously dumb answers - or by not inviting enough party guests or by being too nice to everyone equally and not having enough hearts with one person over the others.

A bit more than needed but if you're really interested make sure to check out a guide or just jump in and learn from experience.

Zen is impossible. He was such a sweetheart (and his voice when he scolds or worries about or whatnot is ahhh~) that I was dying trying to play his bad ends. You can be such a dick and he still loves you - most of these bad ends are heartrending.

Yoosung is great though! I like how he always talks like he wants to be pampered by you but still trys to grow up.


Protips for everyone, there are various times for everyone but once you're in a character's good route you should try calling them at night. Hot sleepy and husky voices galore.

Its worth it, anon. You'll save HG in the long run since they don't always answer the phone when you try to return a missed call. As well as the extras! If it were about popularity, Seven's would have been the most expensive.

Maybe I just have poor timing but it seems like Seven answered the least and Jumin will answer the most - unless it was said in a chat/text that he is going to meeting or doing something at a certain time. Who answers the most to who doesn't seems to go: Jumin, Yoosung, Zen, Jaehee, and then Seven.

If anyone was curious:
Jumin and Yoosung almost always answered at early to late night and occasionally in the morning unless something came up. Zen varies since he's an actor; night calling is best after Day 8 or 9. Jaehee answers in the morning, around lunchtime, and a bit before bedtime. Seven was good around lunchtime or dinner but maybe more (since I had to use HG, I didn't test him as much as the others). But these were just what I saw. I also haven't finished Seven's story-line so maybe his calls pick up as it goes on?

I really don't think MM got popular solely because it's Korean? I mean my twitter TL isnt into korean things at all, yet pretty much all of us gave MM a try and really enjoyed it. Koreaboos might've helped boost it, but if the game and characters weren't interesting to people it probably wouldn't have gotten as big as it has.

I personally find the gameplay very interesting and fun, I've come to care for all the characters. I've only done Yoosung's route so I don't have a complete understanding of the story line, but what I've heard/seen the story with 707 is worth finding out.
