To avoid this specific look?
1. Don't put concealer on your lips, use a neutral complimentary lipstick
2. Remember to actually highlight and contour, pay special attention to jawline, look up actual male makeup tutorials for reference
3. Do not wear eyeliner. Shade your eyes so that they stand out appropriately from your dace, but use a light coat of appropriately colored dark shadow blended around. Harsh lines should be avoided unless doing very stylized makeup. For the love of god don't wing your liner unless the design explicitly calls for it.
4. Don't overmanicure your eyebrows. If they look drawn on, or like they're strategically filled/designed, you're doing it wrong.

Thank you, especially the neutral lipstick bit. I've tried the concealer and hate how it looks/looks fake/flakes off, but my natural lips are very rosy and it also looks bad. I also didn't know about the eyeshadow blending, so I'll work with that til I get something I like. I was using a light brown eyeliner to avoid dark lines, but hadn't considered that. I already am pretty cautious with my eyebrows but my contour game could use a lot of work.

Erm.... You should define what you mean by Slavic... Russians have these 'problematic' features, and Serbs are fairly pudgy faced or have extremely pointed noses....
