Nah. Penis shrinkage is a total myth. In the inverse if you run a DHT based steroid before you've finished puberty it can actually make your penis larger. I'd say about 80% of roid users experience testicle atrophy though which is where the myth would have stemmed from. Fortunately I never got that side effect, I just get hormonal acne on my back which is god awful because I hate running accutance.

How do you mean give up part-way? I've made permanent changes to my diet/eating habits, and while I've had plateaus where I didn't really lose or gain weight, overall it's definitely a downward line. I'm currently around 6 pounds away from being statistically underweight and my thighs have maybe shrunk 1 inch since me being borderline overweight. My hips actually did lose a fair bit more, but still nothing compared to my waist.
