Because I’m a simp for Hilda and haven’t made anything since February, I’m doing a last minute cos for Christmas

Two questions though: one; how can I do the thigh highs and get the stripes on with no issue?

Two; what would be best to use for the giant candy cane? I found a giant balloon but also props that are meant to go outside
