It tastes pretty good. Really strong at 50%abv, which is why the sales guy suggested adding more strawberries. Its a pretty solid flavor though.

I've had some homemade apple moonshine that was all kinds of beautiful.

I bought some strawberry moonshine. Anyone know of any tasty cocktails this can make?

Google suggested a strawberry mint julep. The guy at the liquor store suggested putting the strawberries on ice cream and adding more strawberries when I run out.

Bluecoat, Junipero are my favorites. I am a fan of Plymouth, Hendricks, and Bulldog as well.

I had some blood sausage and eggs with Wegman's marathon bread (whole grain with a ton of seeds, apples, carrots and bananas inside) for breakfast this morning.

It was a bit pricey, but good, and I don't eat more than <2oz at a time.

Finally. Someone else that doesn't like Rum. It's too sweet, and I'm a bourbon drinker.

But, Luksusowa is good, and $12. It's potato vodka, so it actually has a bit of flavor, but boo hoo.

Gin. Gin Gin Gin Gin.

Or Port. It's delicious.

Is there even meat in that crab cake? That's like the shit they sell at McDonalds near Ocean City.

Jumbo. Lump. Only use the delicious meat from the back legs of blue crabs. As little breading as possible.

All day breakfast with a dozen or so friends. Every breakfast meat, bagels, eggs, pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy, English breakfast stuff, fruit, potatoes, coffees, juices, mimosas, champagne, bloody mary's...

Though technically my first meal of the day happened at 3am at a Diner after the fetish club closed. Late night munchies and dessert with the evening's threesome partners. It was a good NYE.

I'll already have scrapple. As well as bacon, ham, pork sausage, chicken sausage, beef sausage, and vegetarian sausage. :P

I usually don't make threads anymore, but I have a dilemma, /ck/.

I am having a big hangover brunch party at my place on new years day. I really want to buy some black pudding for the event, but I have no idea where to get it. I love the stuff when I get it at restaurants, but I've never seen it at a grocery store.

What stores would carry black pudding? Bonus points if you live in Maryland and know a specific location.

I've owned a solid copy of this book for three years now, and it's glorious. All my friends and relatives think I'm a genius baker because of it.

Kimbap is amazing, cheap and addicting. As someone who passes three major Korean grocery stores between work and home, I have eaten way too much kimbap.

Sushi made by Koreans is okay. If I'm paying a lot of money, I prefer the authentic stuff (not saying it needs to be made by the hands of a natural born Japanese person, but at least be run by someone Japanese who hired well trained chefs.) Koreans however are great when it comes to $11 sushi lunch buffets. It's a palatable middle ground between the real stuff and the crap at Chinese restaurants.

Soho lychee is my favorite. Hardly ever use it though. When I have fresh longans or lychees available, it makes a nice martini paired with Bulldog Gin.

I'll just go drink some 50 year old Pu-Erh to cope with my lack of saffron...

Martini, Junipero, moderately wet (5.1 ratio give or take), olives. Or Hendricks with thin sliced cucumber.

I love gin.

That's $46. Shit. I can get fuji apples for 70 cents a pound at my local Korean market.

I always think of Amish markets and the Kettle Kitchen in Lancaster. Fresh cider, home made jerky, all the sauces and jellies in existence...

I'm a marylander, so yay crabs. Yay french fries and gravy. Yay candy kitchen.

Gator and Crocodile is soooo good. I've heard good things about soft shell turtle, but never got the chance to try it.
