another pic i found. hmm, this sounds like fun, and a good way to get healthy probiotics into your gut flora without having to eat yogurt.

i have baby carrots, brocolli, fresh tarragon, dill, tyme, and mint.

need more stuff! gonna make a batch, all you need is salt, no whey or anything.

dont think ive ever eaten anything fermented like this.

Lets talk about lactic acid. Ive been reading about lacto fermented foods and their health benefits. Seems like an old world tradition that has died out, but looks easy enough to do in ones own kitchen.

Shall we try /ck/ to make a batch? Anyone have families that do this still?

The one I think i'll try is red cabbage and carrots.

i have about 20 packs of ramen, but i never use it. i guess i would use the noodles but not the packets. one day ck will show me ramen noodle lasagna

i built this place. heres a pic i found on my old terabyte drive.

pic actually related. last nights dinner. results then were meh, after in fridge and cooked again on grill today, meh with more head nod. put into grill cheese just a few minutes ago, turned out ok.

bottom line. would not buy again and want to learn to make my own sauces.

yeah you have a point.low 20's is about our extreme and its not for days on end, but when it hits, and especially if it ices. everyone around here crashes and drives into ditches and its mayhem. i love it.
