I'm not a bot first of all, second try watching the video this kid had a degree in engineering and his boss has even mentioned he has better offers and is lucky Jude stuck around. He just did this because it made work fun as a teenager and it created a culture of those around him trying to better themselves as well as shown with the very first guy in the video and his friend. The boss isn't training him to work that way he just did and it encouraged others to better themselves the same way it became an attraction after the fact not as some side show but because it's impressive and it's enjoyable watching people who have some pride in whatever they do it's a shame you can't understand that because of your seething hatred of America or you too could reach your potential but you choose not to because of socialism telling you being lazy is enough and that's easier than trying to improve yourself in any way whatsoever
