I always regret eating a fuck ton. I realized being full all the time isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Especially when you eat before you sleep. You wake up feeling like shit. Just eat enough to where it satisfies you. Don't eat till you're stuffed. And don't eat a lot before you go to bed. You'll always regret it in the morning.

I'm still spazzing out over that one 3 thousand dollar ice cream desert with the truffles and cherries dipped in gold and gold shavings in it. It's a stupid idea and what's the point of paying that much to eat ice cream. I wouldn't pay that much if I had a million dollars and all the hundred dollars bills in the world.
