i do the tortilla "bar-style" pizza that kenji lopez posted on serious eats a while ago
they're perfectly-good and most importantly a retard could do them with ease. everyone who has had one has loved it
i can't compete with my oven, and there are too many excellent pizzas around here that i could never compete with in a million years if i even had a good oven, so i do these. they really aren't bad and are worth trying. the good part is that all this shit comes in quantities such that when you buy all you need you can make like 20 fake pizzas.
they hit the spot, i can't lie. and kenji strikes me as a pussy and i don't like him
