4chanX has a filter feature where you can filter images by their MD5, which is sort of like a digital fingerprint. Most of these videos and pictures keep their fingerprint when downloaded and re-uploaded. The only way to change it is to make direct changes to the video (compression, resolution, adding audio, etc) so filtering by MD5 is really reliable. It hides the post entirely, not just the text. I recommend giving it a shot. You can also filter commonly used text shitposts like "bump/incel/cringe/yikes".
