Soluble fiber is in fruits/veggies/beans/oats and slow down digestion, making you feel satisfied longer.

Insoluble fiber is in wheat and speeds up movement of food, which prevents constipation. Ask me more questions if you want. I took culinary chemistry.

Rate my Pizza /ck/ It has red bell peppers, mushrooms, thin tomato slices, balls of fresh mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning. I didn't put any meat because at the moment I didn't have any. Anyways what did you guys eat/make today?
