Now why would anyone want to do that.
Anyway, I did end up making gyoza since then, for a first attempt I'm pretty satisified. Next time I'll use less meat for the filling though, I used too much and it overpowered the taste of the mushrooms and garlic.
I'd post a picture, but I ate them all.
