usually opens at around 7pm, closes somewhere around 6am ?

Finland
Lihapiirakka is basically a savory deep-fried donut filled with rice and minced meat. Then it's cut open and filled with whatever you want. It's a customary food to get when stumbling home from a bar at 4am. The more drunk you are the more gross and obscene you have it.
