With all the fast food and processed snack posts, im wondering who among us is fat, skinny fat, overweight, morbidly obese.

This recipe is courtesy Adam Ragusea;

But the gist is that you start the chicken dark meat down in a pan on the stove for about 10-15 min to give the thighs a head start. Then you finish in the oven at 400 for 30 min til the internal is 165.

While this is going, have the potatoes boiling and cook as normal.

When the dark meat registers at 165, rest it on a plate (I like to plate it in the microwave, seems to save some of the heat. I imagine you can kill the heat in the oven, let it cool, and then place back in), let the fat collect, and build your sauce.

Competitive eating is degenerate and everyone who engages in it or enables it should get shot
